SMALLFIELD LANE

In 2015, Grove Homes completed Smallfield Lane, a multi-residential development  in Trentham, Upper Hutt.

This development was undertaken by Grove Homes in partnership with the Dugdale Charitable Trust and was specifically designed for retirees who were looking to down-size to modern, single-level, low maintenance living.
